Our Essential Care service starts at $45 and includes two-way shipping, expert assessment, and basic repairs that don't require additional gold or gemstones. Most repairs are completed within 2-7 business days of receipt.

Wear and tear may be repaired within our $45 Essential Care service fee. For repairs beyond Essential Care coverage, service can be completed at a reasonable charge. Damage due to wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

For repairs requiring additional materials or extensive work, our Custom Care service provides individualized attention from our expert jewelers. Each repair is quoted separately based on the materials and work required.
