Free Domestic Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date. Domestic returns qualify for free return shipping. We’ll provide you with a free shipping label upon approval of your return request.

Refunds will be credited after inspection and approval from our quality assurance team.

You may also exchange your order with a different Size or Length. Please note that only your first exchange is eligible for free return shipping. All exchanged items are considered final sale and not eligible for additional exchanges without a fee. Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return.

If you’d like to make additional requests after your first exchange, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

U.S. customers can initiate an exchange or refund through our Return Center.

International Returns

Currently, we do not provide international return labels. 

If you decide to return your item(s), you may do so at your cost and liability. You must provide us with an accurate tracking number. Upon receiving your return, we will process a full refund minus the original shipping costs. You will receive further instructions regarding your exchange.

International customers (all outside of the United States) can initiate an exchange or refund through our Return Center.

Final Sale Policy

Please note that certain items are non-refundable, making them final sale. This is noted on the specific product pages.

These items include (but are not limited to):

  • All custom cut, personalized, and engraved jewelry
  • Any special and/or made-to-order products
  • Products that are part of a sale period, promotion, and/or limited drop.

Some final sale items may be accepted to exchange for size and length only and you will incur a restocking fee. 

If you are unsure of the category your product falls into, please reach out to Customer Service regarding your specific order.

How to Prepare for a Return or Exchange?

To return or exchange your jewelry back to Alliciante, please follow the process as laid out below:

1. Initiate your return/exchange

Within 30 days of the delivery date, initiate a return or exchange. If you’re a customer in the U.S., you can do so through our Return Center.

If you’re an international customer, please open a ticket with our Customer Service team.

2. Package your item(s) in the original packing materials

Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.

3. Ship your item back to Alliciante

If you’re a U.S. customer and this is your first order, we will email a return shipping label for free. Please send your package back to us in a timely manner to avoid your return label being voided.

If you are an international customer, you are responsible for the cost and liability of shipping the item safely to us. 

You must also provide us with an accurate tracking number. 

As an additional security measure, do not write “jewelry”, “alliciante”, or other similar terms.

4. Wait for inspection

All returned items are inspected by our quality assurance team. We typically process returns within 3-5 days of receipt, however, given that the product is in its original condition, packaging, and without any wear and tear.

  • If you are expecting a refund

The original order value for the returned item will be credited to your payment method. Refund transfers may take 7-10 days to reflect in your bank statement.

If you are an international customer, we may reach out to you with further instructions.

Please note that a public holiday, natural disaster, or sale period can increase the normal return processing times. 

  • If you are expecting an exchange

Once your return has been approved, we will ship out your new order with an email confirmation of the same. 

If the value of the new item is less than the returned item, the balance will be credited as store credit.

If the value of the new item is more than the returned item, you will be asked to pay the balance before the exchange can be processed.

  • If you paid with a gift card

Your account will be credited with store credit equal to the value of the returned item if a gift card was used to pay for the order.
