It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties, charges, and procedures of your country before placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned, and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Shipping Policies
We are based in Los Angeles, California, and ship orders Monday through Friday. Most in-stock pieces are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders containing custom pieces, alterations, sizes, and special requests will take longer. Orders placed on Fridays that require time in our Repair Studio will not begin processing until the following Monday.
We do not process or ship orders on the weekend or U.S. holidays.
Tracking information will be sent to your email immediately when your order is processed and ready to ship. Note that tracking and order confirmation emails can get stuck in your spam folder, so be sure to check those.
Additionally, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. If you haven’t received any tracking information or if a (ready to ship) order is still being processed after 3 business days, feel free to contact us.
Once your order is shipped and in the courier's system, it is out of our hands. We cannot re-route packages and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, missed deliveries, undeliverable addresses, and/or unforeseen delays.Â
