How to Measure the Right Ring Size

There are two ways you can find the ideal ring size for your finger.

Measuring your finger

  1. Wrap a string or a strip of paper snugly around your finger.
  2. Mark the spot where the string/paper overlaps
  3. Measure the distance in millimeters for an accurate measurement
  4. Refer to the measurement chart below to find your ring size.
Inside Circumference Our Size (USA) Size (UK/AU) Size (EU/ISO)
1.74" / 44.2 mm 3 F 4.2 / 44.2 mm
1.79" / 45.5 mm 3.5 G 5.5 / 45.5 mm
1.84" / 46.8 mm 4 H 6.8 / 46.8 mm
1.89" / 48.0 mm 4.5 I 8 / 48.0 mm
1.94" / 49.3 mm 5 J 1⁄2 9.3 / 49.3 mm
1.99" / 50.6 mm 5.5 H 1⁄2 10.6 / 50.6 mm

2.14" / 54.4 mm 7 N 1⁄2 14.4 / 54.4 mm
2.19" / 57.7 mm 7.5 O 1⁄2 15.7 / 57.7 mm
2.24" / 57 mm 8 P 1⁄2 17 / 57 mm

2.85" / 72.3 mm 14 Z3 32.3 / 72.3 mm

When measuring your finger, remember that your knuckle is typically wider than your finger base. Make sure your ring can slide over your knuckle while fitting securely at the base.

Remember, some resistance around the knuckle is expected, it just shouldn’t be uncomfortable.

Also keep in mind that fingers naturally fluctuate in size throughout the day. Heat causes fingers to swell, while cold temperatures can make them shrink. We recommend measuring during the evening/night when the fingers are typically at their largest for a comfortable fit.

Measuring an existing ring

  1. Choose a ring that fits comfortably and snugly on the finger you want to size.
  2. Measure the inner diameter of the ring (in millimeters for an accurate measurement)
  3. Refer to the measurement chart below to find your ring size.

How to Measure the Right Bracelet & Anklet Size

To find the ideal size of your bracelets and anklets, measure your wrist/ankle in the following manner:

Measuring the wrist

  1. Take a string and mark common bracelet lengths (6", 6.5", 7", 7.5", 8") with a pen
  2. Wrap around your wrist, below the wrist bone
  3. Try each marked length to find your preferred fit
  4. Test the fit by bending your wrist
  5. Remember to account for charms or clasps that add length

Measuring the ankle

  1. Take a string and mark common anklet lengths (9", 9.5", 10", 10.5") with a pen
  2. Wrap around your ankle, above the ankle joint
  3. Try each marked length to find your preferred fit
  4. Test the fit while standing and walking
  5. Consider a slightly looser fit for comfort during movement

In either case, you may want to add a 1/4 (quarter) to 1/2 (half) inch of extra length, depending on your style preferences and comfort.

How to Find the Right Necklace Length

Knowing the size of a necklace is only half the story – how it sits on your neck and where it falls on your chest are equally important factors in finding your perfect fit.

Measuring your ideal necklace length

  1. Take a soft measuring tape or string
  2. Wrap it loosely around your neck where you want the necklace to sit
  3. If using string, mark where it overlaps and measure that length with a ruler
  4. Consider the height of any pendant by pulling the string down to simulate where it will fall

Standard Necklace Lengths & How They Fall:

  • <15": Choker length (38cm) sits very snugly around the neck

  • 16": (40cm) sits snugly around the neck, perfect for making a bold but also casual statement. This classic length highlights your neckline and works beautifully when stacked with other chains and necklaces.

  • 18": Also known as the princess length (45cm), this universally flattering size rests perfectly at the collarbone. It's one of the most popular lengths for everyday wear and suits nearly all necklines and occasions.

  • 20": The matinee length (50cm) falls a few inches below the collarbone, offering a graceful, elongated look. This length provides enough drop for featuring pendants while maintaining a refined appearance.

  • 22": Opera length necklaces (55cm) sit at or just above the bust, creating an elegant silhouette. This sophisticated length can be worn single-stranded for a dramatic look or doubled for a modern layered effect.

  • 24": This longer length (60cm) falls below the bust, creating a streamlined look that works particularly well with higher necklines and formal wear.

  • 30"+: Rope length necklaces make a dramatic statement, perfect for long pendants or as part of a layered necklace combination. This length offers versatility in styling and can be knotted or doubled for different looks.
