Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, variations in form, materials, and the color and size of stones and pearls are expected. These unique variations are part of each piece's unique character and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
- Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
- Bent, caught, or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
- Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
- Scratches through daily wear as gold is a soft metal.
Our warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear or damage from improper use, storage, and excessive force
- Loss and accidental damage
- Exposure to chemicals, water, and excess moisture/sweat
- Refunds or exchanges for a different item, size, or material
- Certain promotional/sale items may be excluded from warranty
All warranties are void if the item was purchased through third-party vendors (outside of Alliciante.co) or if the jewelry has been modified or repaired by any third-party service providers.
