- Essential Care: Our Essential Care service starts at $45 and includes two-way shipping, expert assessment, and basic repairs that don't require additional gold or gemstones. Most repairs are completed within 2-7 business days of receipt.

- Custom Care: For repairs requiring additional materials or extensive work, our Custom Care service provides individualized attention from our expert jewelers. Each repair is quoted separately based on the materials and work required.
