If you made a purchase using a gift card and later returned the item, the refund will be issued as store credit to your Alliciante account. This credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.

If your original purchase combined a gift card with another payment method, the refund will be made to each method proportionally.

Please note that store credit cannot be converted to cash, but it can be used on any eligible items in our store.
