What if my item is damaged or defective?

Starting a return or exchange is simple. Visit our Return Center within 30 days of receiving your order and enter your order number and email. Once reviewed and approved, U.S. customers will receive a prepaid shipping label along with further instructions, while international customers will receive return instructions and must submit a valid tracking number.

Package your unworn item in its original packaging and send it back to us. Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3-5 days), we'll process your refund or send your exchange. Refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days.

Please note that during busy periods like holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
