What happens to my gift card following a return?
Yes, Alliciante offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase against defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry.
Accepted warranty claims will be resolved in one of three ways:
- If the item is in stock, a replacement will be sent to you.
- If the item is not in stock, you will be issued store credit equal to the original purchase price
- If the claim is declined, we’ll ship the item back to you.
If your Alliciante jewelry has sustained damage or wear that's not covered by our warranty, you may still take advantage of our Repair Studio services starting at $45, including the cost of two-way shipping, professional assessment, and basic repairs.
